Evening primrose oil (also known as Primrose or evening primrose oil) is extracted from the seeds of the plant Oenothera bieennis of the Onagraceae family, native to Eastern and Central North America. It is a valuable oil, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid (Ω6) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), oleic acid (Ω3), phytosterols and vitamin E, which makes it extremely important for the human body.

Dosage - method of use
External use : You can use evening primrose oil alone on the face and body by massaging .

Internal use : Take 500mg - 6000mg orally one to three times a day (depending on the condition and under the supervision of a specialist). If you are not familiar with it, start with 500mg twice a day.
Special precautions
Evening primrose oil is generally considered safe for most people to use short-term. If you are taking blood thinners, evening primrose oil may increase bleeding. Evening primrose oil may lower blood pressure, so do not take it if you are taking blood pressure-lowering medications or blood thinners.
