Payment Methods

The products, prices, shipping terms (location, time, etc.) are those listed in your order confirmation. Payment is made before the product is delivered and can be made by one of the following payment methods:

• Credit card
  With absolute security and the use of any VISA and MASTERCARD credit card and without charge .

• Cash on delivery
  By choosing cash on delivery as a payment method, you will be able to pay for your order in cash upon receipt . Essentially, you are paying the courier company representative who comes to the location when the package is delivered to you, but you will be charged the respective costs of the cash on delivery service (2.50€) .

• Bank deposit
  By choosing bank deposit as a payment method, after completing your order, you will have to wait for our confirmation of the availability of the products. Then you will make the deposit of the total amount shown in the shopping cart (* We recommend that you inform us by email when and to which bank the deposit was made for the most timely shipment). Once the deposit is made, your order will be prepared for shipment. The buyer is not charged additional fees if he transfers money from an account of the same bank. In case the depositor transfers money from a different bank than the ones suggested, he is charged the total fees for the transfer of the transfer (ebanking).

SHIPPING METHOD & CHARGES

Orders are shipped throughout Greece by courier company ( ACS or ELTA Courier - if you have a preference for a specific one, please indicate it in the order comments), and the shipping cost is €3.50 (for a weight up to 2kg) for both couriers except for inaccessible areas for which ACS has an increased charge . For each additional kilo there is a charge of €1.5 / extra kilo. Payment to the courier partner (= cash on delivery ) is charged an additional €2.50 . In inaccessible areas, shipping with the above charges is only done by ELTA Courier.

BoxNow shipping and parcel pickup from your chosen drop box is now available. Please note that the parcel will remain in the drop box for 48 hours before being returned to us. Orders shipped with BoxNow are prepaid and the cost depends on the volume/kilograms of the parcel (indicated on the checkout page.

FREE SHIPPING

For orders whose product value is over 49 euros, shipping costs are free for the first three (3) kilograms of weight. If your package weighs more kilograms, then you will only be charged the shipping cost of the additional kilograms (1.5 €/extra kilogram)

SHIPPING TIME

For most of our products, the shipping time is 1-2 business days . In case of shortage of some products, the shipping time varies according to the production company (usually 3-5 business days). In any case, you will receive the relevant information from us.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

By choosing the Courier service as a shipping method, you will receive your package at the address you have specified to us. You can specify any place you wish as the delivery address (e.g. home, workplace, etc.). You can also specify as the delivery address (if you do not wish the package to be delivered to a place of your own) the nearest branch of the courier company to your address. In this case, simply enter as the address e.g. ELTA Courier Patras (branch Dim. Gounari 203).
When choosing the courier service as your shipping method, you should expect your package to arrive at your address within one or two days . Orders sent to island destinations, remote or inaccessible areas may take 2-5 days to be delivered. Deliveries are made only on weekdays. Deliveries on the same day, on Saturdays and by "appointment" (specific time) have an additional charge and are made upon agreement.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them , i.e. without the security tape being unsealed or their packaging being tampered with, along with the retail receipt. If you have purchased products whose packaging has been opened, due to their particularity and for reasons of hygiene-protection of our customers, we do not accept exchanges.
If you wish to return the products you purchased from yperikon.gr, you must notify us in writing by email at yperikon@gmail.com, stating the date/purchase receipt number and the reason for the return) within 14 days . Provided that you receive written return authorization from yperikon.gr, you will return the products to the company's headquarters.
In case of return of the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method of return, your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your account that you will notify yperikon.gr.
The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer.

Unclaimed and returned packages

Parcels sent by ACS or ELTA, if not received immediately due to inability or absence, remain at the courier's offices for a maximum of 10 days. They are then returned to our store. Please do not neglect to read the courier's communication messages to avoid unwanted returns. Also, when there is an objective inability, you can contact us and ask for your parcel to remain for a longer period.

However, if the package is returned to us without prior prior agreement, you will be charged the shipping and return costs as normal. In the event that the shipment was made with a COD charge, you owe us the costs and we reserve the right to request prepayment on this or your subsequent orders before we ship your order. If the returned order was prepaid, then you will have to pay us the shipping costs again in order to send you the order. In another case, you can request a refund, which we will execute after deducting the shipping and return costs charged to us by the courier company.

Packages sent with BoxNow remain in the mailbox for 48 hours as clearly stated in BoxNow communication messages. In case you do not receive your package and it is returned to us, the shipping and return costs will be retained and the remaining money will be refunded. Please note that the process may take up to 10 business days.

Please kindly note that such unpleasant situations can usually be avoided by contacting us in a timely manner to give us time to find the appropriate solution.

SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS
Shipments from Greece to Cyprus are made by sea transport with the " ACS Cyprus Economy " service.

Delivery time
The delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 working days from the departure of the vessel for Cyprus.
Departures are made once or twice a week.
