FICARIA (ZOHADOHORTO) for hemorrhoids!

Key Properties: Astringent

Uses: As one can understand from the name Zochadohorto ( Zochada = Hemorrhoid) this herb is specialized in the treatment of hemorrhoids. For this purpose it can be taken internally or externally as a very effective ointment.
It is also useful in case an astringent is needed.

How is it used:
Dried leaves of Ficaria as an infusion: 1 teaspoon of dried leaves of Ficaria in 1 cup of boiled water for about 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.

Horsetail combines very well with Pentaneuron, Calendula or Agrimony for the internal treatment of hemorrhoids.
It is useful to combine it with the external application of Zochadohortos. This is done by dipping a cotton ball in a concentrated infusion of Ficaria and then dabbing it on the sensitive area.
You can also make an ointment with Zochadohorto.

Special precautions:
Do not exceed the above dosage. Prolonged use may cause stomach and gastrointestinal discomfort.
It is not known whether the internal use of Ficaria is safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Therefore, its use should be avoided in these situations.
