Other names: Betoniki, Prionitis, Bitoga

Main Properties: Sedative, neurotonic, bitter

Uses: for Nervous Weakness, for Anxiety and Tension, relieves Headaches and Neuralgia (of nervous origin).


How is it used:
Betonica plant as an infusion: half to a teaspoon of dried Betonica in 1 cup of water for 10-15 minutes. Drink 3 cups a day.

Special precautions:
There is no data on the safety of Betonika during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
It may cause a decrease in blood pressure.
