Oat Bran BIO 500g

Oat bran is a processed plant food that comes from the outer layers of the oat grain. Its main feature is not so much its content in minerals, proteins and vitamins as its concentration in soluble fiber, which absorbs water in the intestine and acquires a size equal to 20 times its size without water. They have a beneficial effect on reducing bad cholesterol and achieving a feeling of satiety. This results in feeling full, while relieving constipation, which is considered expected after four days in the first stage of the diet.
Oat bran also has the advantage that when the body digests it, it attracts fat molecules, sugars, and toxins and eliminates them from the body before it has time to absorb them.
It is mainly consumed in the form of porridge, but we also find it in bread, oat sweets, oatmeal cookies, and increasingly in oat cookies.
