Uses: Beneficial for the respiratory system, for bronchitis, especially when there is a severe cough with throat irritation, acting as a softener, for intestinal and urinary problems
How is it used:
the leaves as an infusion: 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of water for 10-15 minutes. Drink up to 3 times a day.
Externally, we can apply it to burns, itching or lichen, and washes to stimulate and cleanse the eyes.
Special precautions:
The infusion of the flowers requires careful straining to prevent the small hairs that can irritate the throat and cause coughing.
