Instructions for making tonic tea with the "5+ Secrets"
What you will need:
- Fresh (or powdered dried ginger (optional for nausea)
- Tea of your choice such as chamomile, hibiscus, star anise, ginger or lemon or alternatively use plant-based milk!
- Honey or sweetener of your choice
- Paper tea filter (optional)
Procedure
- Prepare your dose! Use a slightly smaller dose than usual at first, as this method provides a more intense experience. You can always take more, but you can't take less!
- Top up with mushroom powder and add to your tea bag along with optional herbs.
- Pour the hot water over it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Add your honey or sweetener and you're ready to take off!
