Each 1mL of oil from the product contains 20mg of each essential oil, which are:
- a-Pinene Essential Oil
Pinene can regulate inflammation by regulating the body's inflammatory response, which is why some patients want varieties high in pinene for osteoarthritis. - β-Caryophyllene Essential Oil
Caryophyllene is a popular terpene due to its apparent ability to act on CB2 receptors throughout the body . Some compare this terpene to CBD because it can eliminate pain, reduce stress, and reduce inflammation , with many even referring to it as a little/simple k/des. Scientific studies have reinforced the idea that caryophyllene is a CB2 agonist with proven anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Interestingly, studies have also shown that caryophyllene provides complete pain relief throughout the body. - Cineole (Eucalyptol) Essential Oil

Recommended dosage & use
You start with one drop a day and can gradually increase up to 10 drops.
Each drop of oil contains ~0.75mg of each essential oil.\

Caution in use: Terpenes may cause an allergic reaction.
The product contains MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) and terpenes. Before using it, you should ensure that no allergic reaction will occur, so a test should be done. You will drop a drop on your skin (e.g. on the inside of the wrist) and rub lightly to spread it. You will let it sit for at least an hour. If there is no allergic reaction (redness, itching or anything else) then it is quite safe to proceed with normal use of the oil.
