Uses: for anxiety, mild depression, tension during menopause, neuralgia, aching joints and sore muscles, herpes labialis or shingles, eczema, for wound healing, stomach ulcers
How is it used:
as an infusion: 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of water for about 10 minutes. Drink 2-3 times a day
with its oil (balsam oil) we apply it to wounds, skin conditions, joint or muscle pain, sunburns
