Method of Administration:
1. Shake well before each use.
2. Fill the dropper with extract by pressing the rubber part.

Dosage adjustment for cannabinoids
Cannabinoids offer a personalized treatment that varies from body to body. You should start with a small dose (e.g. 2-3 drops per day ) of a low-strength oil (e.g. 3% or 5%), and "work your way up" by observing your body's reactions. By increasing the dose slowly and steadily, with constant observation, you will find your "therapeutic window", that is, the dosage that works specifically for you.
At each dose change , at each "step", you must remain for at least 4 days . If you do not see improvement, you add another dose, another drop per day . And you remain on this "step" again for 4 days, observing your body's reactions.
Special precaution
Caution is required when patients are taking anticoagulant treatments. When the INR is regulated with modern drugs such as Sintrom, there is usually no issue, and there is even the possibility of reducing the drug in collaboration with the doctor.
It is contraindicated with concurrent discontinuation of warfarin, but this particular anticoagulant is no longer used.
People with blood pressure who take CBD should hydrate well and always check their blood pressure before taking their medication.
