Uses
Therapeutic: Can be used for indigestion and as a reliever for colic pain
Cooking: Pleasantly aromatic, cardamom is used in desserts such as cakes, desserts, with milk, puddings and compotes. It also pairs well with cold cuts, meat, poultry and fish. In oriental cuisine, cardamom enhances curries and pilafs.

How is it used:
It can be added to food and cooking, whole or the seeds ground into powder.
In all Arab countries, cardamom is added to coffee, for its aroma but also as an aphrodisiac.
