Culinary use
Due to its spicy flavor, Indonesian cinnamon goes very well with curries and meat dishes, and of course stews. For sweet dishes, it is preferable to use Ceylon cinnamon, which has a more delicate flavor.

Therapeutic use
It helps with circulation, digestion and has an antispasmodic effect. It is used in drinks for stomach problems and diarrhea.

Construction & decoration
Cinnamon wood is very often used in construction and decoration. 100 gr. is approximately 30-40 pieces of 5 cm cinnamon wood.
