A perfect recipe for making easy and homemade bread with cornmeal, a relatively easy bread that smells delicious and will definitely impress you. It is made with simple ingredients and is very fluffy and delicious. It does not require much effort in the kitchen or many hours of waiting to make it! Definitely try it!

Materials

⦁ 4 cups ALL ORGANIC cornmeal
⦁ 1 cup of hot water
⦁ 1 tsp salt
⦁ 1 tablespoon of unsweetened sugar ALL BIO
⦁ 1 tsp. dry yeast


RECIPE
In a mixer, mix a cup of cornstarch with all the other ingredients.
Mix well in a special mixer or with a special tool.
Let the dough rest for an hour.
On a surface, pour the remaining cornmeal and knead the loaf.
Let it rise for another half hour in a warm place.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
Easy and homemade bread with cornmeal is ready



Cheese pie with cornmeal, feta and sun-dried tomatoes
⦁ Preparation Time: 10m

Materials:
⦁ Half a kilo of feta cheese
⦁ Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, ALL BIO
⦁ Black olives, cut without pits
⦁ 400 g. corn flour ALL BIO
⦁ Chopped mint
⦁ 150 g olive oil
⦁ A little oregano and thyme
⦁ Salt and pepper

Implementation

⦁ Boil a liter of salted water
⦁ Add the cornstarch and mix well
⦁ Add all the remaining ingredients in the recipe except the olives and let them blend.
⦁ Sprinkle a greased baking sheet with a little flour and pour the mixture in.
⦁ Add the olives and bake for half an hour at 200 degrees
⦁ The cheese pie with cornmeal, sun-dried tomatoes and olives is ready



Recipe for cornbread with chia seeds


Materials
⦁ 500 gr. Corn flour ALL ORGANIC
⦁ 300 gr. flour T.550 ALL BIO
⦁ 1 egg
⦁ 21 g of powdered yeast
⦁ 1 tsp salt
⦁ 400 ml lukewarm water
⦁ 80 ml olive oil
⦁ 20g chia seeds ALL ORGANIC

Implementation

⦁ Dissolve the yeast in the water and set aside for 10 minutes.
⦁ Place the T.550 flour and cornstarch in a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
⦁ Pour the yeast mixture into the well along with the egg, salt and olive oil. Knead until a smooth and soft dough is formed. If it is too stiff, add a little water, while if it is too thin, add flour.
⦁ Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place to rest and rise for 30 minutes.
⦁ Shape into 2 round or 3 oblong loaves, sprinkle with chia seeds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
⦁ Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30 minutes
