Mango is a fruit with great nutritional value, rich in fiber and particularly filling, without loading us with many calories.
The "fruit of India", as it is sometimes called, has a sweet and sour taste and is found in hundreds of varieties in the tropical regions of Asia where it thrives (India, China, Thailand, etc.). It is a fruit- rich source of beta-carotene . Consuming large amounts of this antioxidant acts as a "shield" against certain forms of cancer.

Mango is also rich in another carotenoid called lycopene , which is also a powerful antioxidant and essential for protecting cells and suppressing tumor growth.
