SPECIAL MIXTURE FOR IRRITABLE BOWEL - COLITIS 100g

Irritable bowel syndrome is a condition characterized by recurring abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation, gas, bloating, abdominal distension and fullness, loss of appetite, and nausea and vomiting . While there are conventional medications available that treat the symptoms, there is no cure.
There are many medicinal herbs that can be used as herbal remedies for chronic conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome , and they have been gaining popularity in recent years because they tend to be milder than conventional medications and have fewer side effects. They can be easily adapted for specific needs.
We have gathered together in a single formula, medicinal plants that have been successfully used to treat painful intestinal problems.

Ingredients:
Dioscuria (wild yam), Licorice, wild Cumin, Fennel, Ginger

How to use:
Mix 1 teaspoon of the powder into water, juice or smoothie. Drink 2-3 times a day (or as recommended by your doctor/therapist).

  • Dioscuria (Wild Yam)
Wild yam is cited by herbalists as a reliable antispasmodic herb for the treatment of uterine cramps, dysmenorrhea, and has been used historically to treat spastic, dyspeptic pain of the abdomen, uterus, gallbladder, menstrual pain, colic associated with irritable bowel syndrome, labor pains, arthritic or rheumatic pains.
  • Licorice
Licorice root, considered one of the oldest herbal medicines in the world, is often used to relieve symptoms of indigestion, such as acid reflux, upset stomach, and heartburn. Licorice root extract and its glycyrrhizin may help treat peptic ulcers. It is also used to treat gastritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, loss of appetite, adrenal problems, and constipation.
  • Wild caraway (Carum carvi)
Medicinally, cumin has been used to treat indigestion, nervous disorders, and colic. Wild cumin has antispasmodic and antimicrobial properties and stimulates the production of gastric juices. Two chemicals found in cumin seeds (carvol and carvene) soothe the smooth muscle tissues of the digestive tract and help expel gas.
  • Fennel (seed)
Fennel acts as a natural, aromatic, antispasmodic, digestive stimulant, milk-producing, expectorant, sedative herb and is traditionally used to relieve flatulence and colic.
  • Ginger
Our well-known root has anti-inflammatory effects, stimulates and tones the digestive function, stimulates blood circulation and is used for Nausea, Headaches & Migraines, Indigestion, Abdominal Bloating, Morning Sickness.

Special recommendations:
Avoid its use or use with the permission of a doctor/therapist by hypertensive individuals. Avoid the use of the mixture during pregnancy & breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking medication to avoid possible interactions.
