Basic Properties : Antimicrobial, stimulant, diaphoretic, antioxidant, antispasmodic, expectorant, nervous tonic, antiseptic, emmenagogue, warming
Therapeutic use: for Respiratory tract infections, Cough, Throat and oral cavity inflammations, Athlete's foot, chronic candidiasis, Dyspepsia, intestinal pain and bloating, Headache
Externally, its oil (dissolved in a base oil) for muscular and rheumatic pains
Culinary use: Oregano helps to digest fatty dishes, so we add it to lamb, goat, and eggplants with lots of oil.
It perfects roasts, lamb, minced meat, poultry, vegetables, potatoes and meat. Oregano should be added in moderation.

How is it used?
Leaves and flowers as an infusion: 1 teaspoon of dried Primrose flowers in a cup of boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.
