COLD PRESSED SAFFLOWER OIL 250ml Rapunzel BIO

Safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorius L.) is an oil rich in vitamin E & Omega 6 that comes from the cold pressing of safflower seeds. Safflower oil is the richest source of polyunsaturated fatty acids than any other vegetable oil. Approximately 79% of the oil composition is occupied by linoleic acid . 13% consists of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic) and only 8% of saturated fatty acids.

This ideal ratio can help prevent “hardening of the arteries,” lower cholesterol, and reduce the risk of heart disease. Safflower also contains phytochemicals that can thin the blood to prevent clots, dilate blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and stimulate the heart.
It is rich in Omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins E and K. Finally, it contains small amounts of choline , which is a powerful lipotropic agent and is part of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, a substance that is responsible for a large part of the transmission of nerve impulses .

Here are some benefits of incorporating safflower oil into your diet and wellness routine:

  • supports heart health.
  • supports fat & weight loss
  • helps to normalize menstruation (prevention of symptoms)
  • offers anti-inflammatory effects to relieve pain and swelling
  • enhances the absorption of nutrients (fat-soluble vitamins)
  • helps improve blood sugar control
  • enhances skin health (moisturizes, provides shine, helps with acne)
  • High temperature resistant for heart-healthy cooking
  • Nourishing hair treatment:
