Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris), Devil's-Weed
Other Names: Pentaxyli, devil's thorn, trioli

Basic Properties: Diuretic, increases testosterone and sperm motility

Uses: It has been used to increase athletic performance, to treat Infertility, Erectile Dysfunction due to low testosterone levels
Externally, it has been used for skin conditions such as psoriasis and herpes.


How is it used:
The leaves and fruit as a decoction: Steep half to one teaspoon of dried Tribulus in a cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.

Special precautions:
Do not use Tribulus during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
People with hormone-dependent diseases such as breast or prostate cancer should not take Tribulus terrestris.
