VALERIAN TINCE 50ml

Valerian (Valeriana off.), Valerian
Other Names: elderberry, white-leaved

Basic Properties: Sedative, relaxing, analgesic, hypnotic, antispasmodic, hypotensive Uses: chronic anxiety, insomnia, nervous tension, premenstrual tension, spasms, headaches, migraines

How is it used:
as a decoction: simmer half to one teaspoon of grated root in 1 cup of water for about 3-5 minutes. Drink 2-3 times a day.
Tincture: 2-4 ml of tincture three times a day.

(1 ml of tincture = approximately 30 drops)

Special precautions:
Do not drink large quantities. If used daily, discontinue after 7-10 days as it may cause irritability and tension.
