CHUNMEE 9371 SPECIAL, Chinese green tea.

One of the most famous and high-quality green teas in China.
Chun mee (珍眉), meaning "precious eyebrow" and referring to the shape of the leaf before it undergoes the fermentation process. Ideal if you want to try green tea for the first time and it comes close to the taste of gunpowder.

Water TEMPERATURE: 80-85 ^O C
EXTRACTION TIME: 3-4 minutes
