Pure pulp of 100% selected hazelnuts without added salt for a wonderful breakfast and not only that excites the palate based on a homemade recipe . Hazelnuts are a fruit with very high nutritional value. They are very rich in fats and mainly in "good" monounsaturated fats, which help reduce "bad" and total cholesterol . At the same time, they are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and copper, which are essential for the proper functioning of the body.
