Tapioca Flour
Organic farming product from Tavlandi (VIOUGEIA).

Tapioca comes from a Latin American root, Yucca, or Manioc or Cassava, and contains many easily digestible carbohydrates and little protein. It is tasteless, gluten-free, and is used as a thickening agent in foods.
In Africa, they eat donuts made from its flour, and in Colombia they eat it in fried slices, like we eat potatoes and chips.
In England it is known as a thickener and children love tapioca pudding, which mothers give to their babies. In fact, during World War II, Japanese survived thanks to the cassava root, from which tapioca comes, since it grows easily, is harvested every 2 months and thrives even in very poor soil.

The ways of using it vary, but the most well-known is that of " rice milk ".
Tapioca flour is used by great chefs as a thickener in soups and in a large number of beverages.
Whether it is an ingredient in food or a dessert in your diet, Tapioca is one of the unknown plants that should find its place on our table because it is healthy, easily digestible , and does not contain gluten . It also provides in small doses, Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin C.
