Extra dehydrated dill

origin: EU
(Anethum graveolens), Dill.

It is a native plant of Asia and the Mediterranean, but its main producing country is India, followed by China, Mexico and Spain.

Basic Properties: Stimulates appetite, prevents bloating, antispasmodic, galactagogue.

Culinary use:
It is widely used. It combines well with vegetables, especially zucchini, beets and carrots. Also with soups, minced meat, white cheeses, eggs and marinades for fish.

Therapeutic use:
It has similar properties to anise and fennel and can be used as a digestive to treat occasional bloating (we mainly use the seeds).

How is it used:
as a decoction: 1 teaspoon of seeds in 1 cup of water for about 5-10 minutes. Drink 2-3 times a day.
