FLISKOUNI (WILD MINT) bunch (Greek)

Other Names: Fleskouni, Fluskouni, Flifoni, Glihouni, Agriomenta

It is a plant that belongs to the Mint family.

Basic Properties: Aphrodisiac, diaphoretic, stimulant, tonic, emmenagogue.

Uses: Relieves flatulence and abdominal colic, for stimulating menstruation, for strengthening uterine contractions, for anxiety, for calming coughs, and is an insect repellent.


How is it used:
Dried leaves of Fliskouni as an infusion: 1 teaspoon of dried Fliskouni in 1 cup of boiled water for about 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.

Special precautions:
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should NOT take Fliscouni in any form. It may cause fetal death or serious harm.
Its use should be avoided by children and people with liver damage or kidney failure.
For the rest, internal use in the above quantities is generally safe.
If you experience intestinal disturbances or dizziness after internal use of the vial, discontinue use.
