G Terpene Oil Against Insomnia (2%) 10ml
contains 200mg of each essential oil in its composition in a 10mL bottle with a dropper on the cap for dosing the oil in drops. It is made from edible terpene essential oils of high purity (> 95%) with a base oil of MCT Oil (medium chain triglyceride oil) which is known for its high absorbency. It does not contain additives, preservatives or artificial colors or fragrances and is free from toxins and heavy metals.

Each 1mL of oil from the product contains 20mg of each essential oil, which are:
- Citronellol Essential Oil
Its action is Anti-cancer, Anti-inflammatory, against insomnia, anti-spasmodic - Linalool Essential Oil
Studies have shown that linalool has sedative properties, helping with anxiety , pain relief, and seizure management. - Myrcene Essential Oil
Research dating back to the 1990s seems to indicate that myrcene has sedative, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects . In a study from 2002, researchers found that myrcene could also promote muscle relaxation and sedation: mice given myrcene slept longer than control mice, which is why some people take myrcene to enjoy better sleep. - Nerolidol Essential Oil,
This terpene is an antifungal agent that also appears to have natural sleep-inducing properties. A recent study from 2013 investigated the effects of nerolidiol on mice. Researchers found that nerolidiol affected the hippocampus of the mice, creating a calming effect . The study did not involve humans, but some see these studies as evidence that nerolidiol has potent antifungal and sedative properties. - Phytol Essential Oil
- Terpinolene Essential Oil
Terpinolene has been linked to anti-cancer properties. In addition to its anti-cancer properties, terpinolene has a proven ability to induce sleep. In a 2013 study, researchers found that mice were able to fall asleep more easily after nasal administration of terpinolene.
Each drop of oil contains ~0.75mg of each essential oil.
Recommended dosage & use
You start with one drop a day and can gradually increase up to 10 drops.

Caution in use: Terpenes may cause an allergic reaction.
The product contains MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) and terpenes. Before using it, you should ensure that no allergic reaction will occur, so a test should be done. You will drop a drop on your skin (e.g. on the inside of the wrist) and rub lightly to spread it. You will let it sit for at least an hour. If there is no allergic reaction (redness, itching or anything else) then it is quite safe to proceed with normal use of the oil.
