INDIAN CURRY - SPICES MIXTURE

APPLICATIONS:
Curry powder came to Europe from India. In fact, curry is the name of a local stew in India. It can consist of twelve to forty different ingredients, so its composition is the cook's secret. Curry powder adds flavor and aroma to rice dishes, meat, poultry and various soups, sauces and vegetables.

Coriander, Turmeric, Mustard, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Garlic, Onion, Red Pepper, Curry Leaves, Mango, Salt

DOSAGE/INSTRUCTIONS:
The amount depends on each recipe. Usually, 2 tablespoons of "Indian Curry" spice mix are needed for one kilogram of meat or vegetables.
