KOMBU ALGAE FROM THE ATLANTIC ORGANIC 50gr

Kombu seaweed is famous for its content in mineral salts and amino acids. It is organic, with a crunchy texture and an intense flavor. It is excellent for cooking with legumes and as a base for making vegetable soups and vegetable salads. Seaweed is the richest natural source of minerals, trace elements and rare earths. Seaweed contains high concentrations of calcium, sodium, potassium, iron and magnesium, and is rich in vitamin A.

Preparation
Soak the seaweed in plenty of water for 20 minutes. Drain and remove excess water. Repeat and rinse well. After the second wash you can add 1g of seaweed during cooking to season vegetables, cereals, legumes, croquettes and omelettes.
Analysis The product has a natural high iodine content. It is recommended to use in small quantities and sporadically, no more than 1g per day per person. There may be a white coating on the seaweed. This is a completely natural phenomenon, due to the presence of natural salts. We recommend a visual inspection during soaking and rinsing, to eliminate accidental shell fragments or marine debris.
