Coriander, salt, red pepper, fennel, black pepper, cumin, allspice, oregano, nutmeg, parsley, marjoram, tarragon, garlic, ginger

DOSAGE/INSTRUCTIONS:
For a 4-egg omelet, add about half a teaspoon of the "omelette spice mix" to the mixture.
