FISH MIXTURE

FOR FISH
APPLICATIONS:
This mixture is ideal for grilled and oven-baked fish with tomato and pepper, but also with simple lemon oil or oregano oil added for even more dietary dishes.
Contains:
Coriander, Thyme, Red pepper, Salt, Ginger, Nutmeg, Pepper

DOSAGE/INSTRUCTIONS:
1 In fish in the oven directly on the belly and outside before baking like oregano in quantity
2 In an oil-lemon sauce on the already baked fish before serving, whisk the oil, lemon and about 1 teaspoon of the "fish spice mix".
