ORGANIC RICE FLOUR
Rice flour (also rice powder) is a form of flour made from finely ground rice. It is different from rice starch, which is usually produced by soaking rice in lye.
Rice flour can be made from either white rice or brown rice. To make flour, the husk of the paddy rice is removed and the raw rice is obtained, which is then ground into flour.

Rice flour is a particularly good substitute for wheat flour, which causes irritation to the digestive system of those who are gluten intolerant.
