ANGELIC ROOT

Basic Properties: warming, tonic, antispasmodic, diaphoretic, expectorant, aromatic, diuretic, anti-inflammatory

Uses: for runny nose, flatulence, anorexia nervosa, rheumatic diseases , pleurisy, bronchitis, stomach cramps


How is it used:
the leaves as an infusion: 1-1.5 teaspoons in 1 cup of water for 7-10 minutes. Drink 2-3 times a day
the root as a decoction: simmer 1/2-1 tsp for 10-15'

Special precautions:
Avoid in cases of pregnancy or diabetes mellitus
