Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globules) of Greek origin

Key Properties: antiseptic, expectorant, stimulates local blood flow, antispasmodic, antidiabetic

Uses: for cough and bronchitis, snoring, sinus problems, asthma shortness of breath, facilitates breathing.


How is it used:
Inhalation - put a few leaves in boiling water and inhale the steam.
Chest rub - dissolve 0.5-2 ml of oil in 25 ml of almond oil for colds, asthma and flu.
Massage - add 20 drops of eucalyptus oil and 10-20 drops of rosemary oil to 20 ml of almond oil for rheumatic or arthritic pain.

Special precautions:
Do not exceed dosages without specialist supervision. The use of essential oils may be irritating to young children or sensitive adults.
