Basic Properties: Anti-catarrhal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, diaphoretic, expectorant, diuretic

Uses: excellent aid for respiratory catarrh, flu, indigestion with bloating, as an anti-inflammatory in cystitis and urethritis, wound healing, with gargles for laryngitis and pharyngitis


How is it used:
The plant as an infusion: Pour one to one and a half teaspoons of dry Solidago into a cup of boiled water for 10-15 minutes.
We drink 3 times a day.
