Uses:

How is it used:
Leaves as an infusion: 1-1.5 teaspoons in 1 cup of water for 7-10 minutes. Drink 2-3 times a day.
The root as a decoction: simmer one teaspoon for 10-15 minutes.
Tincture: 5-10 ml of dandelion tincture three times a day.
Special precautions:
Dandelion should not be used by people suffering from gallstones without the supervision of a specialist.
In cases of stomach ulcers or gastritis, dandelion should be used with caution as it may increase the production of gastric acids.
Dandelion contains inulin.
