Use: for indigestion and bloating, for anxiety, tension, depression, insomnia, helps with hypertension, oral herpes and genital herpes, Alzheimer's, headaches and migraines, in laboratory studies it has shown action in hyperthyroidism (Grave's disease)
How is it used:
the leaves as an infusion: 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of boiled water for 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.
