Other names: dracaena, French tarragon

It originates from Siberia and North Asia but spread throughout Europe. Today we use 2 types, the French and the German.

Basic Properties: aromatic, diaphoretic, tonic, antiseptic, digestive, menstrual regulator

Culinary Use: A versatile seasoning. Goes well with salads, soups, sauces, fish and poultry. Flavors wine, vinegar, butter, mustard and pickles.

Therapeutic use: stimulates appetite, helps the digestive system function, improves menstruation, especially when delayed

Special precautions:
Avoid consuming it during pregnancy.
