Dittany leaves of Greek Crete (Dictamnus Origanum or creticus), Dittany

Basic Properties : antispasmodic, antioxidant, antimicrobial, hemostatic, antiseptic, tonic, digestive.

Uses: soothes stomach and intestinal pain, for colic, for nervous headaches, for flu and colds.

How is it used:
as an infusion: half a teaspoon of dried herb in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink 2 times a day

Special precautions:
Avoid during pregnancy.
