Other Names: lovage, wild celery
Mediterranean aromatic, a key ingredient in Roman cuisine.

Basic Properties: aromatic, digestive, antispasmodic, diuretic, expectorant, emmenagogue

therapeutic use: appetite and digestion stimulant, helps with digestion and prevents gas, colic

Culinary use: It has a peppery flavor reminiscent of celery. We use it chopped and it gives a nice flavor to salads, soups, meats, minced meat, casseroles, fish, tomato sauces and in vinegar flavoring.

How is it used:
the plant as an infusion: 1 teaspoon of dried herb in 1 cup of boiled water for about 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day
