LION'S MANE powder (Hericium erinaceus) 50gr.

LION'S MANE mushrooms, also known as hou tou gu or yamabushitake , are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lion's mane as they grow. They have culinary and medicinal uses in Asian countries such as China, India, Japan and Korea. Many describe their taste as "sea-like", often comparing them to crab or lobster.

Lion's mane mushrooms contain bioactive substances that have beneficial effects on the body, especially the brain, heart, and gut.

  • It could protect against dementia . Studies have shown that Lion's mane mushrooms contain two special compounds that can stimulate brain cell growth : erichenones and erinases.

Special precautions
