The color of the honey varies depending on the place of production: from blond to dark brown. A strongly aromatic honey with a strong, slightly bitter taste and a long finish . Rich in trace elements, fructose and tannins . In addition, it has a particularly high content of minerals .

Welcome to the world of Bee-thoven!

It all started in 2007, when a swarm of bees chose the tree in our yard as their permanent home. Since then, a lot has changed on our small family farm. The dominant position is occupied by our organic apiary, which is jointly managed by two brothers: Christoforos, a professional farmer, and Dimitris, a music composer.

Bee-thoven = harmony and respect!

Certified organic beekeeping

We produce certified beekeeping products by independent authorities, respecting the bee and the environment, away from industrial or other pollutants, in areas with native wild vegetation. The organic practices followed are certified through the controls of the certification company, based on the regulations of Organic Agriculture, ensuring the purity of the collection of organic honey.
