Black, white and green pepper are the fruit of the same plant at different stages of ripening.
Black pepper is unripe pepper that is dried. It is more aromatic than white pepper.

Basic Properties: aids digestion, prevents gas, stimulates blood circulation, warming, tonic, antiseptic.

Therapeutic use: it has been used for gastric problems, colds, blood circulation problems.

Culinary use: It is the most well-known spice. Its aroma is sharp, penetrating and irritating to the nose, and the taste is very hot.
It goes with almost all foods and is therefore widely used in cooking.

How to use: Use whole or freshly ground.
A pepper tea is strong, aromatic and effectively warms the stomach.
