Uses:
for Indigestion and Stomach Disorders, Bloating, Anxiety and Stress, Colds and Coughs, prevents Arteriosclerosis, for Hypertension (together with Hawthorn and Mistletoe)
How is it used:
The flowers mainly but also the leaves as an infusion: half to a teaspoon of dried Linden herb in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day.
Special precautions:
Linden is considered safe to use even in children.
There are no known reasons to avoid linden drinks during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
