The properties of Galega are similar to the guanidines that act on the A cells of Langerhans . Galega, according to some authors, activates the metabolism of lipids and proteins . Metformin - the most prescribed drug in Europe for Diabetes II - is derived from Galega.

Basic Properties : lactogenic, antidiabetic, diuretic
Uses: increases breast milk production, reduces blood sugar levels.

How is it used:
as an infusion / 2g per day: one teaspoon of dried herb (1g) in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Drink up to 2 times a day before meals. It is recommended to use it in cycles of 15 days with breaks in between.

Special precautions:
Long-term use is not recommended.
