The oak (Quercus) is a centuries-old tree that grows throughout Greece. Its honey is thick, black in color. It is characterized by its soft and sweet taste. Carbohydrates, mainly fructose and glucose, constitute approximately 70% of its mass. It also has the greatest antioxidant activity of all honeys. Its crystallization occurs very slowly.

Welcome to the world of Bee-thoven!

It all started in 2007, when a swarm of bees chose the tree in our yard as their permanent home. Since then, a lot has changed on our small family farm. The dominant position is occupied by our organic apiary, which is jointly managed by two brothers: Christoforos, a professional farmer, and Dimitris, a music composer.

Bee-thoven = harmony and respect!

The wisdom of Nature that governs the world of bees and the harmony of Music gave the name to our honey.

Certified organic beekeeping

We produce certified beekeeping products by independent authorities, respecting the bee and the environment, away from industrial or other pollutants, in areas with native wild vegetation. The organic practices followed are certified through the controls of the certification company, based on the regulations of Organic Agriculture, ensuring the purity of the collection of organic honey.
