BEAUTY RECIPES BASED ON SPIRULINA

Toning face mask based on spirulina
Make a gentle mud with spirulina and olive oil and apply it to the face. Leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water and then cold. For dry skin.

Toning mask
You will need one egg yolk, one teaspoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of spirulina. Mix all the ingredients well, making sure that the honey melts well and apply to your face for about 30 minutes. Then remove it with lukewarm water. Exfoliating mask: Mix one teaspoon of honey with half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of spirulina and lightly massage your skin for about 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Anti-aging mask
Mash a kiwi with a fork or in a blender with a teaspoon of spirulina. Apply the mixture to your face, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse it off.

Body mask
In general, spirulina alone can help fight cellulite, firm and visibly brighter skin.

For firming or combating cellulite
Take a tablespoon of spirulina or if you can't find it in powder form, simply dissolve 4-5 pills in a little water. Once the mixture is homogenized and can be spread, apply it with a spatula to the problem areas. Wait for it to dry and after 10 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water. Depending on the area you want to cover, of course, create the appropriate amount.

For body exfoliation
Instead of water, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and olive oil to the spirulina. Once the mixture is homogenized, rub it into dry skin. Rinse with lukewarm water.
